Terms & Conditions

Effective date: November 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Meena's Planet LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Meena's Planet," "we," "us" or "our"). They apply to your use of www.meenasplanet.com (the "Site") and to any products you buy through it.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Please read Section 16 (Dispute resolution) carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved through binding individual arbitration instead of in court, and it includes a class action waiver and a jury trial waiver. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by following the instructions in Section 16.

1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Updated Terms apply to your use of the Site and to orders placed after they are posted. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Changes to Section 16 (Dispute resolution) are subject to the additional rules in that section.

We may also change or discontinue any part of the Site, or any product, at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account on the Site.

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • give us accurate and complete information, and keep it up to date;
  • keep your password confidential; and
  • tell us right away if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing info@meenasplanet.com.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Shipping charges and any sales tax we are required to collect are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order acceptance. The order confirmation email you receive means we have received your order. It does not mean we have accepted it. We accept an order when we ship it. We may decline or cancel any order, or limit quantities, for reasons that include suspected fraud, a product being unavailable, an error in a price or product description, or an order that appears to be for resale (see Section 7). If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.

Errors. We work to keep the Site accurate, but mistakes happen. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information, we may correct the error and cancel any affected order, even after it has been confirmed.

Payment. When you place an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the order total. You confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method. Our payment processors' own terms also apply to your transaction.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship only to addresses in the United States. The destinations we currently serve, along with shipping options and costs, are shown at checkout.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days if no time was stated, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund.

You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may charge the shipping cost to send it again.

Ownership of the products and the risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, Section 5 explains how we will help.

5. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Because our products are food, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If something is wrong with your order. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@meenasplanet.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. We will, at our choice, send a replacement or refund the affected items. We may ask you to dispose of the product instead of sending it back. Please do not eat a product that arrives damaged or looks tampered with.

If your order does not arrive. If your order is more than 5 days past its estimated delivery date, email us and we will track it down. If tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 14 days of that delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to locate it, and we will replace or refund an order we confirm was lost in transit.

How refunds are paid. Refunds go to your original payment method. Once we issue a refund, it will post on your bank or card issuer's standard timeline.

This section applies only to orders placed on the Site. Nothing in it limits any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

6. Product information and allergens

Go by the package label. We try to describe and picture our products accurately. Packaging, ingredients and nutrition information can change, and the Site may not always reflect the latest version. The label on the package you receive is the most current information and overrides anything on the Site.

Allergens. Our products may contain, or be made on equipment or in facilities that also handle, major food allergens such as wheat, milk, eggs, soy, sesame, peanuts and tree nuts. Always read the ingredient list and allergen statement on the package before eating, every time you buy, because recipes and suppliers can change. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity and have questions, contact us before you order.

Not medical advice. Content on the Site is general information. It is not medical or nutrition advice. Talk to a doctor or dietitian about dietary questions for you or your children.

Storage. Store products as directed on the package and check the best-by date. We are not responsible for products that are stored improperly after delivery.

7. Personal use only; wholesale

No resale. Products on the Site are sold for personal and household use. You agree not to resell products bought on the Site, or buy them for someone who will, without our written permission.

Reseller orders. We may limit or cancel orders that, in our reasonable judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, dealers or distributors. This includes setting quantity limits per order, per household or per shipping address.

Wholesale. We sell to retailers, distributors and food service buyers through a separate wholesale program. Wholesale sales are governed by a separate written agreement, not these Terms, and discount codes and other Site promotions do not apply to them. To ask about wholesale, email info@meenasplanet.com.

Products bought elsewhere. If you bought our products from a store or another seller, that seller's return policy applies. You are always welcome to contact us with a question or concern about a product.

8. Promotions, discount codes, referrals and giveaways

Discount codes. Unless the offer says otherwise, a discount code:

  • can be used once, on one order, and cannot be combined with another code or offer;
  • works only on the Site and only until its stated expiration date;
  • cannot be applied to an order already placed;
  • has no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

We may change or end any promotion at any time. We may cancel a code that was obtained or used in a way the offer did not allow, such as a code posted publicly that was meant for one person.

Referral program. If we offer a referral program, the program details shown when you join apply along with these Terms. Referral rewards are for inviting friends and family who are new customers. You may not refer yourself, open multiple accounts, or share your referral link through paid advertising, coupon sites or spam. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire as stated in the program details. We may withhold or reverse rewards we believe were earned in violation of these rules, and we may change or end the program at any time.

Giveaways. Each giveaway, sweepstakes or contest we run has its own official rules, posted with that promotion. If the official rules conflict with these Terms, the official rules control for that promotion.

9. Reviews and customer content

What this covers. "Customer Content" means reviews, ratings, photos, videos, comments, questions and anything else you post on the Site or send to us.

You own it; we can use it. You keep ownership of your Customer Content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable and sublicensable license to use, copy, display, distribute and edit it for length or clarity. We may show it with the first name or display name you submitted. We may use it on the Site, in emails, on social media, in advertising and in other marketing, in any format.

Your promises. When you submit Customer Content, you confirm that:

  • it is your own honest opinion of a product you actually bought or used;
  • you own it or have the right to share it, and it does not include anyone else's personal information;
  • it is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful or misleading; and
  • you have disclosed any connection to us, such as being an employee or receiving a free product or other incentive.

How we handle reviews. We welcome honest reviews, positive or negative. We are not required to publish every submission, and we may remove Customer Content that violates these Terms. We will not remove a review only because it is negative.

Social media. If you tag us or use our brand hashtags in a public post, you agree that we may reshare that post and show it on the Site and in our emails, along with your name or social media handle. We will ask your permission before using it in paid advertising. If you would like a post taken down, email info@meenasplanet.com and we will remove it.

Ideas and feedback. If you send us suggestions or ideas, we may use them without owing you payment or credit.

Copyright complaints. If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email info@meenasplanet.com with a description of your work, where the material appears on the Site, and your contact information. We will review every complaint and remove any material we find infringes a copyright. If a customer repeatedly posts content that belongs to someone else, we may close that customer's account.

10. Our content and acceptable use

Our content. The Site and everything on it belong to Meena's Planet or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes text, photos, graphics, logos, product names, packaging designs and the Meena's Planet name. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create works from our content, or use our trademarks, without our written permission.

Acceptable use. You agree not to:

  • use the Site to break any law or to place fraudulent orders;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Site or collect data from it;
  • interfere with the Site's security or operation, or upload viruses or other harmful code;
  • impersonate another person or misstate your connection to anyone;
  • collect personal information about other users; or
  • help or encourage anyone else to do any of these things.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site if you violate these Terms.

11. Privacy and communications

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy, posted on the Site, explains how we collect, use and share personal information. It applies to your use of the Site.

Marketing emails. If you sign up for our emails, you agree to receive marketing messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We will still send you messages about your orders and account.

Electronic notices. You agree that we may send you notices and other communications electronically, by email or by posting them on the Site, and that these meet any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

12. Third-party services and links

The Site runs on services provided by other companies, including our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers and reviews tool. It may also link to other websites. Those companies' own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for websites or services we do not control.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

We stand behind our products as described in Section 5.

Products. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) any implied warranties on our products, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the period ending on the best-by date printed on the package; and (b) your exclusive remedy for breach of any warranty on a product is the replacement or refund described in Section 5. Nothing in this paragraph limits any remedy you may have for personal injury.

Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that the information on it is always accurate or current.

Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties, so some of these limits may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Meena's Planet and its owners, employees, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Site, our products or these Terms. This applies under any legal theory, even if we have been told such damages are possible.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, our products or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the order that gave rise to the claim, or (b) $100.

The limits in this section do not apply to: (a) death or personal injury caused by our products; (b) our gross negligence, fraud or intentional misconduct; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meena's Planet and its owners, employees and agents from any claim made by a third party, and any related losses and reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your Customer Content; or
  • your violation of any law or of someone else's rights.

This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

16. Dispute resolution

What this section covers. "Dispute" means any dispute, claim or controversy between you and us that arises out of or relates in any way to these Terms, the Site, our products (including their ingredients, labeling, marketing and safety), your orders, or our communications with you, whether based on contract, tort, statute or any other legal theory, and whether it arose before or after you agreed to these Terms. In this Section 16, "we," "us" and "our" also include our owners, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, successors and assigns, each of whom may enforce this section. These Terms and every order evidence a transaction involving interstate commerce, and the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 and following) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section 16.

Step 1: Talk to us first (required). Most concerns can be resolved quickly by emailing info@meenasplanet.com. If that does not work, before starting arbitration or a court case (other than a small claims case), the party raising the Dispute must send the other a written notice of dispute (a "Notice"). Send a Notice to us by mail at the address in Section 19, with a copy by email to info@meenasplanet.com. We will send a Notice to you at the email or mailing address on your account or your most recent order. A Notice must include: (a) the sender's full name, mailing address, email address and phone number (and, for a Notice from you, the email address used for your orders); (b) a description of the Dispute and the facts behind it, including the products and orders involved; (c) the specific relief wanted and how it was calculated; and (d) the sender's personal signature (and the signature of the sender's lawyer, if any; for a Notice from us, the signature of an authorized representative). A Notice must be specific to the sender's own Dispute. A form Notice that is not individualized, or a Notice signed only by a lawyer, does not satisfy this step. If either of us asks, you and we will take part in a good-faith telephone or video conference to try to resolve the Dispute; you (and your lawyer, if you have one) and a representative of ours with authority to settle must personally take part. You and we will have 60 days from the date a complete Notice is received to resolve the Dispute, and neither of us may start arbitration or a court case until that period ends (we can agree to extend it). Any statute of limitations and any filing-fee deadline is paused while this step is pending. Completing this step is a condition to starting arbitration or a court case, and a court may enjoin an arbitration or court case that was started without completing it. Settlement offers made during this step are confidential.

Step 2: Binding individual arbitration. If a Dispute is not resolved informally, you and we agree that it will be resolved by binding arbitration before a single neutral arbitrator, on an individual basis, and not in court. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and a court's review of an arbitration award is very limited. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, including damages and declaratory or injunctive relief, but only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent needed to resolve that party's individual claim.

Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies there, as long as it stays in that court on an individual basis. Either of us may go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.

Arbitration provider and rules. National Arbitration and Mediation ("NAM") will administer the arbitration under its Comprehensive Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures and, when they apply, its Mass Filing Supplemental Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures, each as in effect when the arbitration is filed and as modified by this Section 16 (together, the "NAM Rules"). The NAM Rules and fee schedules are available at www.namadr.com or by calling 1-800-358-2550. If this Section 16 conflicts with the NAM Rules, this Section 16 controls. If NAM cannot or will not administer an arbitration as this section provides, you and we will agree on a substitute provider (such as the American Arbitration Association), and if we cannot agree within 30 days a court with jurisdiction will appoint a substitute under 9 U.S.C. § 5.

How the arbitration works. One arbitrator will decide the Dispute. If the claim is for $10,000 or less, the arbitration will be decided on the parties' written submissions unless the arbitrator decides a hearing is needed. Any hearing will be held by phone or video, or in person in the county where you live or another place we both agree on. The arbitrator must follow these Terms and applicable law, including statutes of limitations and legal privileges, may award only relief that a court could award to the individual party, and must issue a reasoned written decision. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and any court with jurisdiction may enter judgment on it.

Fees and costs. NAM's consumer fee schedule determines who pays filing, administrative and arbitrator fees; under it, you pay no more than the consumer filing fee and we pay the rest. If you tell us in your Notice that you cannot afford the consumer filing fee, we will pay it for you. Each of us pays our own lawyers, unless the arbitrator awards attorneys' fees and costs to a party under applicable law. If the arbitrator finds that a claim, counterclaim or defense was frivolous or was brought for an improper purpose (judged by the standards of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), the arbitrator may require the party that brought it to pay the other party's reasonable attorneys' fees and costs and any NAM fees, to the extent the law allows.

Who decides what. The arbitrator, and not a court, has exclusive authority to resolve all disputes about the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of this Section 16, including whether a Dispute must be arbitrated, except that a court, and not the arbitrator, will decide: (a) whether the class action waiver below and the Mass arbitration provisions below are valid and enforceable, and what happens if they are not; (b) whether a Dispute may proceed in small claims court; (c) requests to enforce Step 1, including requests to enjoin a filing made without completing it; and (d) whether you validly opted out of arbitration.

Class action waiver. You and we agree that each of us may bring Disputes against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, mass or representative proceeding, including as a private attorney general. The arbitrator may not consolidate, join or coordinate more than one person's Disputes and may not preside over any form of class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding, and NAM may not administer Disputes on a consolidated or coordinated basis, except in each case as the Mass arbitration provisions below expressly permit. If a court decides that this waiver is unenforceable as to a particular Dispute or request for relief (such as a request for public injunctive relief where the law allows one), then that Dispute or request, and only that one, will be severed and decided in court under Section 17, and the court case will be paused until the arbitration of all other Disputes and requests is finished. In no event will class, collective or representative claims be arbitrated.

Jury trial waiver. If a Dispute proceeds in court instead of arbitration for any reason, you and we each waive the right to a jury trial.

Mass arbitration. If 25 or more Notices or arbitration demands raising similar Disputes are brought against us by or with the assistance or coordination of the same law firm, group of law firms or organization (a "Mass Filing"), you and we agree that the Disputes in the Mass Filing will be handled as follows, in addition to everything else in this Section 16:

(a) Bellwethers first. The claimants in the Mass Filing (acting through their counsel) will select up to 5 Disputes, and we will select up to 5 Disputes, to proceed first in arbitration (the "Bellwether Disputes"). Each Bellwether Dispute will be filed with NAM and decided individually, by its own arbitrator unless the parties to it agree otherwise. No other Dispute in the Mass Filing may be filed with NAM or proceed until all Bellwether Disputes have been decided, except as paragraph (e) allows.

(b) Then mediation. Within 30 days after the last Bellwether Dispute is decided, the parties to the remaining Disputes will take part in a single global mediation before a mediator selected from NAM's panel. We will pay the mediator's fees, and each side will pay its own lawyers. The mediation period ends 60 days after the mediator is appointed, unless the participants agree to extend it.

(c) Then the remaining Disputes. If Disputes remain after the mediation period, then within 30 days after it ends, we may elect by written notice that all remaining Disputes, and any claimant may elect by written notice that the claimant's own Dispute, be decided in court under Section 17 instead of arbitration, on an individual basis and subject to the class action waiver. Each remaining Dispute for which no election is made will proceed in arbitration in batches of up to 50 Disputes, with each batch assigned to a single arbitrator who will decide each Dispute in the batch individually and issue a separate award for it. NAM will set the composition and sequence of batches, with input from the parties, under its Mass Filing Supplemental Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures. Batching under this paragraph does not violate the class action waiver.

(d) Deadlines paused; no fees while waiting. Every statute of limitations and every contractual deadline that applies to a Dispute in a Mass Filing is paused from the date a complete Notice for that Dispute is received until the Dispute is resolved or this process allows it to be filed. No NAM fees are due for a Dispute until this process allows it to proceed.

(e) If this takes too long. If a Dispute in a Mass Filing has not been resolved or allowed to proceed within 18 months after a complete Notice for it was received, either party to that Dispute may elect by written notice to have it decided in court under Section 17 instead of arbitration, on an individual basis and subject to the class action waiver.

(f) No effect on other Disputes. No decision or award in a Bellwether Dispute or in any other Dispute binds, or has precedential or preclusive effect on, any other Dispute, unless the parties to that other Dispute agree in writing.

(g) Who decides disputes about this process. A single Procedural Arbitrator appointed by NAM under its Mass Filing Supplemental Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures will decide disputes about how this process is administered, such as whether a Dispute is part of a Mass Filing, the composition and sequence of batches, and the allocation of fees under the NAM Rules. A court, and not an arbitrator, will decide whether these Mass arbitration provisions are enforceable.

(h) If a court will not enforce this. If a court decides that any part of these Mass arbitration provisions is unenforceable as to a Mass Filing, then the agreement to arbitrate in this Section 16 does not apply to the Disputes in that Mass Filing (other than Bellwether Disputes that have already been decided), and those Disputes must be brought in court under Section 17 on an individual basis, subject to the class action waiver.

Changes to this section. If we change this Section 16 after you first agree to these Terms, you may reject the change by emailing info@meenasplanet.com within 30 days after the change is posted, with the subject line "Arbitration Changes Rejected" and your full name, mailing address and the email address you use with us. If you reject a change, the most recent version of this section that you accepted continues to apply between you and us. A change to this section does not apply to any Dispute for which a Notice or arbitration demand was sent before the change was posted.

How to opt out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@meenasplanet.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. Use the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and include your full name, mailing address, the email address you use with us, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms. If you opt out, Section 17 applies to any Dispute.

How to start arbitration. To start an arbitration against us, complete Step 1, then file a demand with NAM as the NAM Rules describe and send a copy to Meena's Planet LLC, 418 Broadway, Suite 8609, Albany, NY 12207, with a copy to info@meenasplanet.com. Your demand must be personally signed by you (and by your lawyer, if you have one) and must include a certification that you completed Step 1; NAM is directed not to administer a demand that lacks one. If we start an arbitration against you, we will send the demand to the email or mailing address you gave us.

Severability of this section. If any part of this Section 16 other than the class action waiver and the Mass arbitration provisions is found unenforceable, that part will be severed and the rest of this section will still apply. The class action waiver and the Mass arbitration provisions are handled as described above.

17. Governing law and courts

The laws of the State of New York govern these Terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 16.

Any Dispute that is not subject to arbitration, other than a small claims case, will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York. You and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section takes away consumer protections you have under the law of the state where you live that cannot be waived by contract.

18. General terms

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and any program details or official rules referred to in Section 8, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your orders. If one of those policies conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control unless Section 8 says otherwise.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the rest will stay in effect. The class action waiver and Mass arbitration provisions in Section 16 are handled as described there.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Examples include severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, supplier shortages, labor disputes, government actions, and internet or utility outages.

Survival. Sections 9 and 13 through 18 continue to apply after you stop using the Site or close your account.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect the meaning of these Terms.
