Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship only to addresses in the United States. The destinations we currently serve are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after you place them. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day. Processing can take longer during holidays and other busy periods.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We choose the carrier for each order. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you will see the cost before you pay.

Orders usually arrive 5 to 8 business days after they ship. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your order has shipped, delivery is in the carrier’s hands. Deliveries can be delayed by holiday volume, severe weather and other events outside our control. We are not liable for these delays, and we do not issue refunds because a delivery was late.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you need to correct it, email info@meenasplanet.com right away; we can update an address only before the order ships. If a package is returned to us or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may charge the shipping cost to send it again.
